Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item on January 12th. I received an email from the company on January 13th stating that my order was on the way and was provided with an usps tracking number. When I tracked the package through the usps website it stated "usps awaiting item." On the website it states "all items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days from receipt of payment. Packages will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped." She even charges $8 for shipping. It is now January 24th, and my item still has not been shipped. Even though, she is providing a tracking number. Which I believe is a tactic to distract customers from what's really going on. I reached out to her via Instagram as well as on her website. She has not responded back to me, but she has uploaded pictures and videos on her page after I reached out. I also contacted her through her business email provided on her confirmation receipt. Still, no response. I commented on a picture on her Instagram, and she deleted my comment. I saw other disgruntled customers comments on her Instagram page with the same issue I'm having. She takes the money and never ships out the item. She provides a fake tracking number but that's all. She needs the money and is luring customers in by posting pictures of herself in clothing that she does not have. She needs to be shut down immediately. She cannot continue to do people like this and get away with it. Her Instagram name is @bbkay_la. She is a scammer.
