What made me believe this is a scam, is when clicking the link they prompted it could not find the webpage and my virus software did a quick scan.

Received an email from "Janet M Lane" ([email protected]) with Case: 3698634378811:489 in the subject line.
Email states that the BBB.org has got an abuse, claiming that your company is violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
