Like many here, I also ordered a "free pet bed" and paid $9.99 for shipping. I received the same confirmation email saying it could the 45 days to receive. Unfortunately I'm passed the deadline to report to PayPal because I couldn't find the company name and now I lost $9.99. Today, when I found the email they sent me, I sent a message telling them I have not received the item and I've been more than patient. It came back undeliverable and when I click on their website link, it shows a notice that it could be harmful to your computer. Hopefully they've been caught for taking advantage of so many people. Terrible!

I purchased the bed July 19, 2020. Never got an email confirmation. The email to contact won't take messages. I notified my bank of the scam.

Fake website/business advertising "free" dog beds where you pay $9.99 S&H. They said the free/promotional orders may take 30-45 business days and the business/website/email were deactivated by then. I waited patiently and finally emailed them, just for it to be undeliverable. Then I went to the website and "Something went wrong." and "We'll be back soon!" messages were on there, so I know they have no intention of returning because they got money and left all forms of contact.

I made my order for a free dog bed ($9.99 S&H) on 7/21/20 and waited patiently for the product. The order email said free/promotional products may take up to 45 days to be delivered, so I waited plenty long. Then, like others here, I finally emailed them (11/10/20) and my email got sent back because their email had been deactivated.

This Bar None company was advertising free dog beds to a certain amount of people as a promotion. All that was needed was $9.99 in shipping. So I ordered and got a confirmation email. They said it could take 30-45 days to arrive. After about 30 days I emailed them and they didn’t respond. After about 60 days I emailed them and the email was returned. Apparently there is no longer such email.

This is insane! On 7.20.20 I ordered a dog bed and to date have received nothing! I’ve emailed them too many times to count. Either refund my money or send the dog bed. I will be contacting (email and calling) my bank on Monday regarding this company’s fraudulent practices as well as the BBB.
