I bought clothes online thinking it was from Old Navy. The website looks like it is Old Navy. I kept tracking my order and it said it had arrived but it didn’t. I contacted their customer service and they refused to refund. They kept telling me they would send the package again. I blocked them and submitted a dispute via my bank. After blocking the email, the scammers reached out using a different email address ( [email protected] and [email protected]). They wanted me to cancel the dispute from my bank and were telling me they would refund me money. That it would be faster if I cancelled the dispute and just reached out to them for a refund. They are all lies. I’m reporting this so these scammers get stopped!
