I placed 4 orders thru their website in November of 2024

Items did not arrive by Christmas as expected, I tried to contact them vis their listed number about 7 times and emailed them several times as well. No responses Until after the holidays, where they apologized for missing the orders and offered a refund. Up until this point I Thought for sure it was spam, but this email made me think, maybe they were legit and just overloaded with orders. I canceled 3 of the 4 orders as per there email instructions, they stated a refund in 3-5 business days, it's been 3 weeks since that email. they continue to spam me almost daily to buy more products but won't deliver on the original orders or credits

BaPurchased a 4.0 hoodie/ jacket combo on December 10th, money was taken from Bank account on December 11th. Contacted the company several times in various ways, email, text box on their home page, voicemail, and only received one response in an email that said my item would be shipped in 7 days. Still nothing.

Order item and have not recieved. Limited tracking information provided has had item sitting in NY since January 26th. Have attempted to contact company by email, phone, messenger and chat provided on their web site no response or reply whatsoever
