I ordered an item online, received the order confirmation, 2 weeks went by and never got the shipment confirmation, the money came out of my account. I attempted to call the phone number attached to the confirmation e-mail and the number didn't work, I also sent an e-mail to the provided e-mail and heard nothing back. My bank has been aware and is looking into this.
