Ordered epilator in October. Didn't work at all. Sent it back within a week and still no refund, plus they deduct the shipping costs. Total junk. This so called epilator was cheaply made, very low power output. Tried it on different lengths, nothing.

This all started with an ad running on Yahoo's main page, suggesting best products for Christmas gifts back in December of 2018. I thought an epilator(an electronic device to remove unwanted body hair)would be a neat gift to give to my mom, wife and daughter, so on 12/11/18 at 8:01 PM, I ordered 3 of them. Purchasing 3 for $79.07, gave me a discounted price on a 4th one for only $16.00("promo deal"). Then they also threw in a free "SafeSound Alarm(bonus gift), a key chain type device to use in case of an emergency to get help. So I thought getting actually 5 gifts for $116.67 was pretty good deal! They sent me an email 24 mins later with an order number, saying I would receive another email when my order was shipped. By 12/21/18 I had not heard anything about my order, so I sent them an email saying to cancel my order. Then on 12/26/18, they debited $9.95, $16.96 & $89.97 from my bank acct! I never received an email with a tracking number, nor did I receive the 4 epilators. The only thing I received was the "free" SafeSound Alarm! And oh by the way, they never responded to any of my emails...
