I was directed to this site via a Google search. The website ayraswim.com (Ayra Swim) says that it sells American-made swimsuits and is based in Los Angeles, California. There are reviews on the products and there is a social media presence. I placed an order for an item and received a receipt. I was charged $43 for this item after entering a discount code that I had, for a total of $43.00 lost. I was notified that the item shipped but the shipping progress never updated past Pre-Shipment via USPS. I reached out to their support email after a week of the shipping status not updating and did not hear back. I sent 3 additional emails over the course of the next week and did not hear back from any of them. I messaged the seller on Instagram, and got one reply, but then never heard back. Additionally the seller deleted my comments from their Instagram post where I asked about the status of my order. The founder did the same thing. All correspondences are attached.
