Trying to get my credit cards numbers and opening up a Key Bank account.

Constantly calling me about canceling and refund. I told him I don’t have an account with them. They showed a contract with my address and signature that don’t look like my signature. Want my bank account numbers. He said he’s calling from California and his name is James Thompson but he sounds like he’s from I India. Every time they call they want me to do something else every time regarding my computer and and bank account. Beware

I was on my computer in the process of logging into my personal account when a Pop-up from Microsoft appeared telling me that a virus was on my computer and a number was provided. I called the number and was told that they were Microsoft in which they obtained my personal and account information to buy Antivirus and Firewall protection totaling $990.00. I called Microsoft and was told that AVK Target is not affiliated with them.
