I was on TikTok and saw Avenue selling clothing items. It was free shipping. I received an email with my info, how much I paid, and the shipping info tracking. Then after a month, no items. I sent an email and they offered me a refund less my shipping, but it was free shipping. I went back and forth. I reached out to my credit card and they refused the refund because I think this was a scam and they couldn't get a hold of them. They finally agreed to refund the entire amount and then all communications has stopped. No refund, no items.
