Online sight claiming to be an oriental shorthair cattery with kittens for sale. Put in an inquiry on the website for a cat, they came back with emails being very professional seeming asking questions about our home situation and life to make sure cat would be good fit. They sent us descriptions of cat and her temperament, they explained to us shipping process of getting cat to our house and made it all sound extremely legit. We sent the money via cash app as requested and then all contact with us went away. I have tried calling and it jsut rings forever. I have emailed multiple times. We submitted another inquiry about the same cat we had just paid for, this time with my husbands email and they said the cat was still available! We did not receive the cat and they are now refusing to give us our money back.
