My parents were called by this company. Upon investigating on my own, I had found that the photos on the "Team" were used from various sources. One was a picture of CEO Jamie Dimon from JP Morgan Chase, another one was of J Suresh. The first one was named "Robert Mark" and that was Jamie Dimon, and the other was John Yeung whose picture was J Suresh. They contacted my parents (father and I are veterans) and they started the process. After several "issues" popped up, they were supposedly told to stop paying the original mortgage company and payment was not needed until April. This set my alarms off recently after my brother stated that they were having issues with the banks. Their mortgage was supposedly sent to a "sister bank" and am awaiting the information. BEWARE!
