I ordered a beautiful knit sweater with knit flowers and got a polyester printed pullover shirt (pictured in the attachment). They offered to refund 15% or I can send it back to China.

I bought a sweater from a digital ad on Facebook. They did a bait & switch and sent something I did not order. Now what?

this scam link asks for phone number - the online site does not list a phone number. And you ask for the city where the business is located - I believe its in China. When I emailed requesting a return, they gave an address in China, at my own expense.

I ordered the Rosanne/Bright art circle print turtleneck sweater from Ava & June. The photo of the sweater did not match what I received in the mail. I received a cheaply made polyester shirt that mimicked the circle print pattern but it was not a soft sweater. There was a small white tag that had an S (small) and another tag sewn into the side that said Made in China. It was delivered with no invoice or return slip and no indication that it was from Ava & June. I tried to contact this business through the website but never received any response. I also noticed there is no address or phone information available. Do not order from this fake company.
