I ordered a set of car ramps never received them. Tried getting hold of them. Keep sending me this stupid message. I asked him about refunding my money or sent the ramps they keep sending me this message saying they’re sorry that they will look into it. It will take about 15 days and some other bull crap

Ordered Golf Club received confirmation of shipment from moonbatech and finehosa - no courier name given other than shipped to local post office - finehosa support keep saying product shipped and supply order number and utilise Track 718 shipping information all lies

ordered product on 8/2/25. per tracking info given, it was finally "delivered" to the addressee on 9/2/25...,..I would like to know what adressee it went to because i NEVER got it. and of course no one knows WHO delivered it cause they multiple services and NONE of them recognize the tracking numer i was given from the seller.
