I was attempting to buy a car from a used car dealership. The person was a private dealer. Person claimed all money was refundable if I was not satisfied with car. When I sent payment for bill of sale I looked up the vin number and it did not match the car that was advertised. I asked for a refund and never got it. I disputed the transactions but Zelle denied my claims I have proof my money was to be refunded that PNC never gave me the chance to send. The car I tried to purchase was a black 2012 infinity, but the vin number matched a 2013 black infinity with the rear bumper torn off
