He offered to do work on my car but needed $40 first which he would include in the price if he took the job. After we chatted he said he was at the auto parts store to buy the part he thought I needed so he asked for another $45. I sent both of this over cash app. He said it was finishing up on a job and was on his way. I waited for an hour and a half and he never answered me by text or on the next door app and the phone number just went to voicemail. When I looked at my bank that said the money had been sent it looked to me like it went to Burbank which I know is California. I reported him to next door and cash app and they are investigating but it might take a while. I went back to next door and found out he had scammed about eight other people the same day.

I was contacted on Facebook after posting that I was looking for a mechanic. Rico’s and I discussed my issues and agreed to a $175 fee for services as long as I provided the air compressor (the brand new $107 part that was ordered and provided) Rico’s was paid after allegedly installing the compressor, Rico said that there was just one thing left to do get a can of refrigerant to recharge the ac and I’d be working like new and to keep him updated after the refrigerant was purchased and applied. The refrigerant did not work and Rico’s was informed of the situation, he stated that he would return to look at it but never showed. Rico then agree to give me a refund after services were undone though I was never granted refund either. Rico’s has been ignoring me and very dismissive because I was not provided a fair service. I do not believe the compressor was installed he took it along with payment and never provided services.

I was driving on the street and a guy pulled up next to me and said he noticed the dent and scratch on my car and that he worked for Scion and that this is what he did for a living. I have a Subaru Forrester and he proceeded to tell me that his daughter and wife had one one in red and one in black and that he's fixed his daughters numerous times he said he could give me a quote for a good price, I asked for his phone number and he told me to just pull over that he could look at it right now and give me a quote. We did and she gave me a quote of 360 to fix the dent and paint and that he could do it right then and there and that he had everything he needed . He was driving a black car he looks and sounded like he could've been a Persian man so he told me to hold the break while he got the dents out probably so that I couldn't see exactly what he was doing. He was done in under five minutes I asked if he had Zell and he told me he didn't but that I could just go to an ATM and get cash out so he follows me to the Bank of America across the street and I go out to give him the 360 cash as well as a $20 tip so a total of 380. He counts the cash and then proceeds to tell me that it was 360 for the dent and 360 for the paint. He had covered the area in a substance that look like Vaseline. He said it was a special substance that heats up the area to help with the dent/paint. I was very unsure of that. He said to wipe it off in like an hour or two, so I go back inside to get more cash out because he said it would be a total of 720 as someone who suffers with anxiety , I felt very uneasy so I called my mom and told her the story and she said that it was a scam. I was afraid to go back outside so I texted the guy and told him that I didn't have the money and that my mom was on her way to give it to me , she had asked me for my phone number so he could call me so he could have my number. Luckily my number is restricted and when he called my phone, his number showed up as Dennis, Brandy. Which is weird because he's a man and that sounds like a woman's name. So after I texted him saying my mom was on her way. He told me don't worry about it. Enjoy God bless and happy Halloween. When I went back outside to look at my car and wipe away the substance there still was a small dent and a huge part of the scratch where the paint was still gone, he had even told me he did a clearcoat on top. He told me he was a single father with a child with leukemia or some sort of illness which pulled at my heartstrings. And because he had done the work, I felt obligated to pay this person. I should have known better I'm smarter than this, but he was a very fast talker and just kept making this sound like the universe was sending me a gift, I had just damaged my car the weekend before and was very upset about it and so the idea of getting it fixed right away at a decent price really intrigued me. I attempted to text message this man again and of course received no response.

571-443-9224, Larry J Kaslov came to my house to remove 3 dents from my 2018 Chevrolet Black impala he offered to do it for $500 and changed his mind to $900. He spent about 30 minutes and covered each dent with blue compound and told me not to remove it for 2 days or my paint could crack he told me he removed all of the dents But they were covered so I could not see them before the payment $900 and left, leaving hos red hammer behind. My husband came home and removed the blue compound. He said this is very suspicious.

My husband looked at the car and told me that I had been scammed, He found that nothing was done to my car but my car had been dented with a hammer and burned my paint he used a hot torch and put fire on my paint making it blister it left permanent damage to my cars paint worse than it was before he touched it. I contacted Larry. Kaslov and told him I want my $900 back. He did not remove any dents and damage my car. He advised us that he don’t give money back

He advised he will be over which was two days Wednesday to fix the car correctly, and he never showed up.

Contacted Jackson Imports LLC in December 2022 in regards to fixing my vehicle; I paid $450 as payment, it is now April 2023 and I have yet to hear anything from this company; made plenty attempts to call the company and owners number, no calls are returned. Attempted to go to the shop no one is there. Very unprofessional and I have demanded my money back numerous times no response. Never will support this business again

This comes up as spam on my phone and ive told them over 20 times to stop calling me. They have continued to call me everyday, and when i tell them to take me off the list, they hang up. I did not ask how much they were gonna charge me for whatever it is because im not interested. But they said they were gonna direct me to discuss fees and costs.
