Type of a scam Online Purchase

I used auto glass guru on February 27th. They gave me a quote of $292.68 for a windshield with a mobile service. I accepted. They asked my for my debit card information of which I was at first suspicious since I haven't gotten the service or product yet. They said it was only to see if we have the funds available. I agreed. I then found they were pending the whole amount. They said a technician would come out on Feb 28th between 9am-3pm. The technician would call 30 min before they would arrive. We waited all day. We called at 3pm but had to leave a voicemail. At about 4pm we left another voice message. At 4:30pm I left another voicemail and sent a email provided by the them by email for a supposed receipt. I then had to leave another voicemail to cancel my order since no one responded. I called my bank to file a dispute of the pending charge since no service or product was given. It is February 29, and we still haven't received a call or email from them. It sounds like a scam to me.
