Unpaid Paid Loan Invoice #MHJ-3470987."

Received an email from Attorney Michelle Nguyen @Nguyen Law Firm LLC stating I owed $800 and it was my last chance before I had a court case against me totalling $3k.
She refused to give me a phone number and said we could only communicate via email for documentation purposes. I asked her for evidence of said loan and she has not responded.

I had an email sent by a lady named Michelle Nguyen stating she was trying to collect money for a loan company of the name Cash Advance INC. I have not done any business with this company but do recall having someone calling me by the name "John" who stated he worked for this loan company. In the email it does state that I have 24 hours to respond or they will register this case in court and to consider it a final warning. The beginning of the email states "Attention Debtor" and states "Subject: - Unpaid Paid Loan Invoice #MHJ-3470987."

The email also states there is a next step which would be amounting to almost $3,000 and gives me two options for payments.
