I ordered a whiskey decanter that was never delivered on 6/29/26. I received periodic notifications of the parcel's status. The last notice I received said it was in Huntsville. I never received the product so I emailed them (there is no contact phone number) & said I would report it as fraud. I got an email back saying they'd ship another. I didn't receive a confirmation for the replacement order and I have not received a product at this point. I looked online and the site is listed as a fraudulent e-commerce storefront. It's a scam.

A product was ordered from athorough.com and was never delivered. I contacted the company via email for support and was told the product couldn't be delivered due to local issue at my location. I have never had a problem receiving deliveries to my address. I contacted the company via [email protected] and alerted them of my issue. They told me the product was sent back and if I wanted another one it would cost ME additional $10. I instructed them since I never received the item I should be sent a new one at NO cost to me or refunded the money I paid since I never received the product. They refused and said for an extra $10 they would send the product.
