I placed my order on May 12 and returned it on May 28. In the original package along with the RMA number they provided me with. I emailed the USPS tracking receipt to show them I had mailed it to them. I had 30 days to return it and I met that qualification. They will not refund my money and now they have my money and the product. I email them sometimes twice a day and get the same bot response every time. What are my options to get my refund

I ordered 1 product for $17 and was charged an additional $41 as an "add on". I contacted them within an hour and was told it had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. They said when it arrives I can send it back at my expense.

I made a purchase for $9.99 and was charged just under $84. Numerous attempts have been made to immediately cancel the order (within seconds) and I was told it is already processed. Thank goodness I have a great bank which credited me back the charge however I did have to replace my debit card to avoid recurring charges. This is a scam business!
