I searched online for advice to fix a FitBit and askanexpertonline.com came up in the search. They said there was a one-time fee of $5 to speak with an expert. I did not sign up for a recurring account. Today, about a month later, I noticed a charge of $48. I tried to log in to cancel the acount I never created, and there is no where on the website to log in. I will try and address it with my bank.

I looked for legal advice in November of last year. I have no account with this company. When I called 1 800 240 1371 it said I no longer had an acct all automated and gave me a reference number of JA190193 it has continuously billed my discover for a payment of 46 dollars per month for not having a membership and no services have been rendered.

Hulu customer service was unable to resolve my issue and forced me to pay $1.00 for technical assistance. Then this site charged me $55.00 and I never did receive anything for this.

I do not recognize this recurring charge from Askanexpertonline.com. When I google to try and find the company it does not appear to exist.
