I purchased a pair of shoes, which took several weeks to arrive. The shoes were too small and cheaply made. I requested a refund and the company requested that I provide proof that the shoes don't fit and of the shoe size by taking pictures of the item. I sent the pictures and they said they needed to send the information to their quality team for further review. The shoes arrived in bubble wrap and a plastic bag and I knew immediately that they were going to be cheap shoes. I'm still waiting for a response from the customer service department.
