Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service

STAY CLEAR!!!

I ordered a necklace for a family member for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised that it was shipped as fast as it was. However, there is a HUGE problem. The item never arrived even after saying that it was delivered. I reached out three times to the company before receiving a response. I was advised that it was showing as delivered on their end and was told to check with my post office and Arctic Angel will also follow up. I checked with the post office and they do not have my item. I then attempted several times to contact Arctic Angel and have received ZERO replies back. So basically I paid for an item for a birthday gift and never received it. I even paid for the box upgrade with the light. I will never order from them again. Please spread the word as a fellow consumer. Also, the company is not BBB accredited. Red flag!

Order a item from a YouTube ad, never received it. Emailed with business multiple times to find out where order was, was given a tracking number for the order. Tracking number does not work.

I ordered a 18k necklace from this site for my daughter's birthday and it made her birthday a disaster.The necklace was broken into three pieces. She was so upset and thought I fool her with fake gift. Don't believe their advertisement, it will ruin your relationship.

From Artic Angel i received it but the chain was broken i send them an email right away when i got the item but no response

I went abd did a claim trough my bank got my refund but about 3 weeks later they reveresed the refund to them ,

No phone number to call them .
