They offer clothing including suits. I ordered a suit that was on sale & got 2 for my partner- the size chart was misleading and I realized within 20 minutes after it was purchased that the size chart shown was jacket only & not pants. The pants will not fit. I sent an email to customer service immediately. Crickets. The next day (the 14th) they said it had already been shipped. Tracking showed it was en route & I got a notice of it shipping the next day on the 15th of August. It is now September 8th- and it got into my town- allegedly- on 9/1 and I still have not received it. The map now shows pins for US bank branches in the tracker they sent me. They will not refund me until the suits are returned- even though they lied about when it shipped. I do not believe the package is en route. I am running out of time to get my partner a suit for the special occasion we need it for, & the funds are tied up in this scam site.
