Lady from Arnold and Phillips called with an unknown phone number stating there was a litigation process being filed against me for a cash advance. They did leave a phone number to return call. Arnold and Phillips also called my father and would not give any information. Both phone calls they called me by the incorrect name.

Called back and asked for Amanda Taylor twice and was never able to speak with her. First phone call I was on hold for a lengthy time. I reported this to the authorities and called back the number to inform them they have been reported to the authorities. The authorities said they had no papers to be served to me and this could be a scam. I have never taken a cash advance loan out. The two women I talked to had very southern accents! First told me I would be served papers and have to go to court Monday then the second phone call they said the papers will be served Monday and I said well I reported this to the authorities.
