On August 18th I googled up national general's phone number. I called the number and they said they when they entered the phone, they said they were national general. I asked if they took card payment insurance payments and they said yes, I gave them all my information then they asked for my credit card number and I told them my policy number, I gave it to him and then I gave him my credit card number and they Ended up taking $220 out of my account. When it came back on my time account. It said arena club payment, it wasn't national general. I called chime up and asked that for my money back because it wasn't national general and they denied my claim so I was lost dumb $220 and they tried to run it again several more times up to $400 out of my account but it was denied cause I only had 220.
