I responded to an Instagram ad from a person representing “Influx Enterprises” (also called Influx Ecom). I was pressured into signing a $4,500 contract during a Zoom call while I was driving, and I misunderstood the agreement. I sent $300 through Venmo prior to signing, under a different verbal agreement. When I learned of the true nature of the contract, I tried to cancel and dispute it, and I was mocked and threatened with vague legal consequences. I sent a formal dispute letter and received no refund. No services were ever delivered. I was only sent more messages tailored to intimidate and scare me to pay. This seems to be a recurring pressure tactic used on Instagram under the appearance of a business opportunity.

Just for sharing my experience and getting messages from 10 other people who say the same thing. Scams 4K, breaches contract, then pays a sleezeball attorney to threaten to sue for making statements of factual accounts of my experience. Kid is ridiculous.

I was scammed 4K by him. I got a certified mail letter from his sleezeball attorney threatening to sue for defamation for my post on this site. LMAO.
