Since Sept 2022 I have constantly been emailing these people on and off and talking on instagram about giving me my merch or a refund. They refused and decided to ignore my request. They stated that they mistakenly threw away my parcel slip so then they didnt ship my product. When proving they scammed me the company decided to ignore me altogether.
