They send an email saying they saw your resume on CalJobs with no information other than:

Hello, your application was received on the CALJOBS website and we would like to consider you for the position of a
Data Entry Clerk remote position currently available at ARCHITECTURE ENGINEERING EXCHANGE LLC. Please Reply if you are interested in joining us. Base pay is $35/hr.

They then schedule a teams meeting. Researching similar areas this is a scam and this job title does not pay $35 hourly

I went down the rabbit hole of their scam a bit. Website was made at the beginning of August in the Netherlands. It appears to be a phishing scam to get direct deposit info or make a fake remote work work profile.

This just happened to me. How do they get your phone number off of CalJobs. Anyway, today is 8/29/2025. I hope they are caught as I am truly seeking employment. I guess they just want an email. I will probably now get tons more spam.
