I made a payment on my bill and now they won't let me use my credit card because they're saying that they canceled the program without notifying card holders until further notice and then said that they don't have to tell anybody and now they won't give me my money back and I just wasted $100 on a card that I cannot use

I applied for a credit card and completed the application process on 05/03/26. Since then I have been lied to about the shipment of my card and they are now ignoring my chat messages and emails.

Required upfront fees then after over 2 months delivered a card that is not able to be activated

Filled out application, on May 6th paid $35 fee and $60 fee. Was told card would be mailed 7-10 business days. Called May 27th was told card was mailed. As of today 6/5/2026, still no cc
