The are mis leading and putting all info in fine print. They do not process passport applications. You can find the form free online and go to post office. All this is clear once you make payment.

I went to this website to renew my wife's passport. I filled out the form and paid, what I thought was a fee to submit the form to the government, but it was a fee just to fill out the form and email it back to me. I could have gotten the form on the official government website but thought I was already there. The fee charged was to fill out the form for me, with the data that I gave the company. Very expensive way to fill out a Passport Renewal - DS-82 Form. I hope this information will alert other people to the scam and keep them from making the same mistake I did.

We were redirected to this website when we searched the government application form for a passport. It looked legitimate and mimicked the paper form that we had initially filled out but made errors on, so we wanted to fill one out online so that we didn't have to keep doing it over again (there is a legit site for this and we thought we had selected it). It asks exactly what you are applying for: a book, a card, both, etc... just like the paper forms we got at the BMV. Once we submitted the money AND OUR INFANT'S SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION, we quickly realized we were wrong, as we did not get any printable form.
