I wanted to renew my concealed carry permit, they said I could do it online. This is the third time they took money from me, saying I could get my permit. The total lost was $340.00. I went to the Ottawa county Sheriff office, and they told me I couldn't get it online. I have to take another class through them and then I would get another permit. So now I am out $340.00 dollars as someone online sent me information saying I could get it online.
