Was offered this card as a means to improve my credit. I applied and was approved and waited about a month to receive the card. After receiving the card it took me 3 days to get it activated as no one would answer the phone. Upon finally getting someone on the phone they pushed for me pay for $200 credit repair program that they were very adamant about. I was finally able to activate the card and use it without problem. However after making my first monthly payment and everything settled my card no longer worked. I called to inquire and was told that all accounts are frozen because the credit repair program was a third party company that was scamming customers so to make it fair the froze all accounts.

Appeared to be a credit card. Charged 195 to mail the card. Another 75 in yearly fees. Now I can’t even use it after paying my balance and customer support is non existent.

This was stated to be a credit card. I provided all my PII information. I received the approval and paid the fee of $95.00. This was paid in April it is now June and no card has been received. When contacting the company which I have done multiple times they state they have a backlog and the card will be sent within 10 days. 10 days pass and still nothing. Now the company is non responsive and will not provide my money.
