Advises user that they will perform “tasks” to help AI learn. They promise big payouts after certain period of time and number of tasks completed.

As you get closer to the payout goal, the tasks become worth less. Eventually you are either locked out of the system, or the user website disappears.

I did contact my cc company and expect a full refund.
