I received a letter stating that my lender required a home warranty. They knew my address, lender, square footage and loan amount. When I called they explained that my title company and/or lender required this warranty and they tried to set me up with this coverage for approximately $400. When I became skeptical the agent said he’d “close my account” and hung up on me. I called back to clarify what just happened, I got another agent who insulted me and vaguely threatened me by reading off my address to me as to suggest that he could come to my home. I asked for a corporate address and he said, they don’t have one. I will attach a picture of the letter.
