Participants were offered a "job" aiding the development of AI by providing human input to "tasks," each of which had a monetary value when completed. The "tasks" were provided in groups, one group per day. A monetary "goal" was set with the understanding that once the goal was reached, the goal funds would be available to the participant. I noticed that the tasks tended to be repetitive in content and that the value of every completed task was halved after a short period of time. I queried the "customer service" area on the site and was told only that a "ticket" was set up for each inquiry. I also received a couple of messages from "Susan" containing FAQs about the site. I never received a single reply to any of my inquiries.
