Ordered a puppy and paid $600 for it. Carrier ended up charging an extra fee of $599 to place animal in correct carrier and said that was all they needed. After that was paid was told had to pay another $800 for insurance. This should have been told upfront. They refuse to deliver puppy or give back the $599 that was supposed to be refundable.
