Online Purchase Scam

They advertised an expensive item at a really cheap price. If it's to good to be true, it probably is. We never received verification, except through PayPal for the order. Never sent us tracking info, never sent anything. We waited for over a month.

I am looking for a scooter that I can afford and found this to order at antsll.com.
I had paid for the scooter on my debit card in which I had screenshot all pages and information that I may need to report a scam as I was hoping it was not but it is.

Online Retailer Scam

My husband ordered a DeWalt Shop Vac on 3/2/25 from website (https://antsll.com) as advertised. Paid $49.90 via debit card through website. Received Order Confirmation No. 243214 (took screenshot). Never received email confirmation and never received product. Sent multiple customer service inquiries through website, sent multiple emails to customer service email provided on website ([email protected]), called the customer service line multiple times (+1 (216) 477-5575) but there is a constant auto notice stating that "Mailbox is Full". Googled the street addressed provided on their website (110 Valentine Street, Mount Vernon, NY 10550 ,US) and it looks to be an empty residential home. Website is still active and should be shut down.
