Scammer sent a mailing to my LLC with formatting and language ("Final Notice") suggesting that the annual SCC registration fee was "DUE SOON". Although there was other language clearly intended to absolve the party of dejure fraud ("Fast Filing Services is not a government agency..."), there is no justification for this solicitation for a $145 fee to make a simple $50 registration fee payment.

This company is fraudulent. Their letter was very realistic to trick LLCs into thinking they forgot to renew. It looks like a late notice but it is not legit. It’s a company who will file for you and take a huge prize for themself. You can file for $50/year instead of their $195! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Received this letter in the mail that looks official. It's made to look like an official letter from the State Corporation Commission requesting payment for LLC registration. To file myself would be $50. Their charge is $145 + the $50 registration fee. Good thing I keep good records or I could easily have fallen for this.
