Ordered a product on 8/22/25. After absolutely no activity, I tried contacting the company in late September 2025 via phone (got recorded message saying mailbox full), email (no response) and chat (no response). Avoid this company. Do not order anything from this company.

a pet retail store that "offers" refunds. I communicated about not being satisfied with the product and I was emailed a return shipping label. Once I packed the product up and returned it. I followed the USPS tracker until April 18th once it was updated as delivered. As of today, Monday, May 19th, 2025 I have yet to get a reply to any of my follow-up emails regarding the actual refund. The phone number on their website is registered to verizon and has caller restrictions so its absolutely useless.
