I placed an online order for "Amerie maxi tuile dress with long sleeve in beige" at www.annahariri.com on Dec 8th, 2023. Online, it state that shipping usually takes 4 - 7 business days. After 2 weeks | reached out to [email protected] inquiring about my order as l never recieved any follow up emails regarding my order besides the fact that I placed the order. I emailed them 3x and didn't get any response. I reached out to their WhatsApp number (as suggested by Annahariri website) and again, never gotten any response. After numerous unanswered emails and claims of "where's my order" I finally got an email form Cansel Incidal saying that there was an operational delay at their new facility which caused the delay in processing my order but now my item is en route and gave me a new tracking #. Not only were they unresponsive for 3 weeks, they caused me to not have the dress I wanted for my brother's engagement. Anyways, the item arrived on 1/10/2024. When I opened the package I noticed that half of the beads that were supposed to be on the belt were gone/missing (unlike the picture on the website). I also noticed that the sleeves didn't have any beads on them, even though the picture on the website showed that it had beads (it was actually why I liked the dress). I started a return claim on 1/12/2024 and sent them photos that proved that the item that I was sent was faulty which made my case eligible for a full refund and free return shipping. the lady I spoke with, Cansel Incedal said she will promptly investigate the issue and work towards resolving it. Additionally, she promised that she will provide me with a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the faulty item. This was on 1/17/2024. two weeks have passed and I still haven't received anything email or shipping label from them. I emailed Cansel 3x asking for an update and for the return label, again no response. I filed another claim online on their website on 1/30/2024 and still haven't gotten any response.”

I placed an order with this company on November 19, 2023. The order number is ******. After 3 separate attempts to check the order status, I have received no communication, nor have I received the product I ordered. At this point, I would just like a refund.

I placed an order for some dresses on 08/10/2023 at 11:47 PM. I paid the full amount using my credit card. Due to cancelation of my event, I sent a cancelation email to [email protected] the next afternoon 08/11/2023 at 12:34 PM. This is they only way a cancelation request can be placed, per cancelation policy listed on their website. They did not respond to my first email. I then sent multiple emails and chat requests to them on the morning of 08/14/2023 after which I finally received a response that my cancelation request has been approved. My package had neither been prepared nor been shipped at that time. The chat representative told me that my refund request has been initiated and my full refund will be issued within a few business days depending upon my bank's policy. I was following up with my bank and Annah Hariri representative during all this time. My bank never saw any refund initiated from this merchant and to this day I have not received my refund. The phone number that they have provided of New Jersey is unresponsive, goes straight to voicemail, and mailbox is full no matter when and how many times I call. Initially, they were extremely slow in responding to my emails but now they are not responding at all. The phone number that they have provided to my bank (Ph# 973-446-6063) is an invalid phone number. Based on these pathetic business practices and the fact that they have provided a fake phone number and address, they should be indicted and should not be allowed to do business in the U.S.

I happened to click on one of Annah Hariri's promo emails that was in my spam. I was browsing the website and came across this outfit (PRAYER GOWN WITH STITCHED IN ATTACHED SCARF):

I read the description and noticed the fabric type / material was not mentioned. This was unusual as when I had purchased from the store many years ago they used to always mention what material the clothing was as they were custom made.

I looked closely at the product again and noticed something worse. I bought this abaya in black from Ali Express a few months ago:

I am beyond shocked. I would never expect Annah Hariri to buy products from China and re-sell them at criminal prices.

Stay far away from this 'brand'.

I have also emailed my feedback to Annah Hariri and asked them to forward it onto the owners. May Allah guide them to what is good.

Brands I can recommend:
-Khaleej Boutique (online store; based in UAE)
-Tasnim Collections (online store; products made in Morocco)
-Dar Al Iman (online store; products made in Morocco)

You can even buy modest clothing from Ali Express. But be mindful - the products are hit and miss. But at least you are not paying criminal prices!

Ordered online from Annah Hariri website. Website said it would ship my order in 2-3 days but it has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my order. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

Purchased clothes from them on 4/2/2023. Never received item. tracking number saying USPS awaiting item and location still in NJ, tracking never moved since 4/3/23. customer service is a robot keep saying it has been shipped eventhough USPS status they haven't received the item. They only printed USPS shipping code to make customer believe that they will deliver the item, they never picked up phone. they deleted comment about asking order in social media. A lot of complaints in the internet with same experience as well

I purchased several items from this online site in September of 2020 and received numerous excuses of Covid being the reason why they could not deliver. I went online and saw complaints from several people like me that had been duped out of their money by this company. I finally requested a refund of my money this February and have been chasing them for this refund. My order was canceled thus i never received the goods i purchased and have not received my refund. I have called and sent numerous messages to no avail. I also see online that they keep advertising and selling and several people are continually being duped by them. Now, all their numbers are not picking up. It just rings and rings.

Annah Hariri is a clothing brand based in Dubai, turkey and New Jersey, USA as described on their website and Instagram page. They keep advertising and giving discounts to lure innocent buyers, once you place an order they don't deliver and do not reply to emails or calls. I am still yet to receive my orders of almost 2years now and I know quite a number of people with the same experience as well. Beware of ANNAH HARIRI, THEY ARE A SCAM and should be stopped from doing business or delivering in the US

I ordered a dress from the Annah Hariri websie on December 18th, 2021; in the confirmation email I was told that delivery would take between 9 and 16 days. When I had still not received my order on January 19th, 2022 I emailed the company to ask for an update and simultaneously began to wonder and research whether I may have been scammed (apparently there is an entire Facebook group devoted to disgruntled Annah Hariri customers). Even now (2/23/2022) I have not received a response to my email inquiry with the company itself, so I do not anticipate ever receiving the dress I ordered. Since January I have also alerted multiple authorities to this spam and have filed a dispute with my credit card company for the cost of the dress ($69.80).

I placed an order on July 2020.I cancelled the order on October 2020 as there were no responses .It is May 2021 and still no news of refund.This is such a bad experience.I would never recommend the brand to anyone.

I ordered from them back in August 2020 and I never received my order for 6 months. I kept emailing them and they kept telling me it’s on its way and it never came. After several emails they stopped responding. I found them on social media and I started messaging them on Facebook and Instagram and no response. Then I checked their Facebook and Instagram posts and I noticed everyone was commenting saying “where is my order” “you’re a scam” etc etc. someone commented saying they were only able to get their money back by calling their bank and cancelling the transaction as it was a scam. A few months later, they turned off all comments on their social media posts so no one could comment. I have been trying to reach someone for months and no response. Then finally today (February 2021) someone answered the phone. I spoke to this guy named Jose Pires who wouldn’t let me get a refund he kept saying weird things like “your order will be there in a day” “are you sure you didn’t get your order? How can we trust you?” “I can’t give you a refund bc it’s been 6 months now so it’s too complex to get a refund” “I want you to trust me bc I am trying to help you” “can you trust me? I think you should wait for your order which will be coming in a week. This is the best option Bc the refund won’t work” Then he started blaming me saying I got my order. He was beyond rude and unprofessional.
