I paid for 2 highland cattles and they were never delivered. They told us we had to pay the transport company a deposit which we would get back later. on the day of delivery, the transport company called and said we need to pay for insurance. we refused to pay and the seller disappeared and we never saw the cattle. The scammer has my drivers license and water bill info.
