I shared most of these scammers crooked method as business retail, I overlook the online purchase. My ordeal with these crooks, I order an item from a fake Wayfair page that was having a 3-hour sale. I never received the item period, the emails were fake didn't exist, could never make any contact with fake scammers I'm out of 103.00 and when you dispute transaction your money is in limbo. Also, I went to the site to track order they state it was delivered after 7 days from China and one of the 7 days was 4th of July! Beware of the name angel elves on Google advertising sale items! It is sad that people make a living being deceitful. Please stay away from these crooks.

SCAMMERS

Please do not consider ordering anything from these crooks! I'm very careful about fraudulent sites, I let my guard down because the Google page took me to a Wayfair fake 3 hour sale and once I order the item and paid I knew I made a mistake. Every site they used was a fake, Wayfair, and overstock emails all a scam! They even set up a fake way to track your order. Who receives a product in seven days, comes from China with free shipping!? On holidays. Stay away from these scamming crooks!

Crappy product

I ordered two decorative items from Angelelves. After waiting over 4 weeks, only one item came. It was a metal bird sculpture which arrived bent and unable to be mounted as shown in the picture on their website. I would be embarrassed to put this up anywhere in or outside my home. My other item has not arrived and I wonder if it will be equally disappointing. Shame on me for trusting this foreign shady company!

Received the product but it was so shoddy and made of plastic and not as advertised. Been trying to get in touch with them for a refund but no one answers or replies to emails. I’m kicking myself for not reading the reviews prior to ordering.

Never Received Order

I ordered the Christmas Vacation 8 piece set, light up set, for $198. I ordered back in Oct. I have never received my order! I emailed this company 12 times, asking for a refund! They do not answer emails, except to say it’s been delivered! AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!

Laughably Trashy

Yeah...the big eagle here, too. What I got was *maybe* the size of a parakeet. There was NO packing list. There were NO assembly instructions. NONE of the pieces were as described (what pieces there *were*). It was bent, & it looked like it had been painted by an unsupervised 4 yr old. At least I managed to get away w/ paying the rock-bottom of the wide variety of prices they've been charging for this chunk of garbage. Yeah...too expensive to ship it back to China. So whatcha gonna do?

What *I'll* be doing is flooding Facebook w/ the name, email address, actual address, phone number, & website of these crooks, as well as my comparison pics. I'll be bombarding them w/ emails, again w/ those comparison pics. And I'll do everything I can to withhold payment from these scam artists, because, after all, I never received what I ordered.

I ordered a wreath. The wrath I received was pure garbage and ugly. When I emailed their customer service, I received a reply that basically told me they thought the wreath looked good and I could pay a lot of money to return. Complete scam company. Their products are complete fakes. I should have paid more attention as to where their company was located.

Very dissapointed!

I purchased what looked like a large, ornate eagle. I received a small poorly constructed eagle. I am also having trouble contacting them as the ad stated complete customer satisfaction. I am thing of authorities.

DO NOT BUY! Cheap counterfeit products that don't match description

I should have seen this was a product from China so that is on me. I ordered what was described to be a large pretty door wreath. It stated that the base the wreath was built on was a 10 inch base. What arrived was a dinky sad looking wreath. The base was no more than 6 inches across and it was flat, ugly and looked nothing like the picture. When I reached out to the company to express my issue with the item and request a refund I was told the following: Hello dear, this one is the same size as our description. This is very suitable for hanging on the window.

This company is a scam. I have filed a report with my credit card company to stop payment since they won't work with me on making a return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

AVOID this company - Counterfeit Product

I ordered an eagle garden ornament, of a rather imposing size (according to their website) but received a product the size of a pen. AND, not all the parts of this miniature sized item were shipped.

Deceptive description and BAD customer service

Ordered item, when asked for updated tracking, there were evasive answers. Offered refunds 3x $20, 50% and $30 for trouble but NEVER given proof of refunds.

Items were cracked and counterfeit, description read, "lights embedded in the ceramic" and I got 2 strands of fairy lights, cracked seams, a holes where lights SHOULD be embedded.

Customer service was rude, and avoided all responsibilities.

As of right now - they are still being evasive and rude

Ordered a product. Paid for shipping, took three weeks to ship and was sent a counterfeit item. Completely wrong product. Wrong dimensions, poor craftsmanship, poor return process.
