I placed an online order with a company called Anese co. that sells skincare products. I paid via PayPal and the money was taken out of my bank account. I never received a tracking order or any of the items I ordered. I contacted customer service many times and they lied and said it was “in transit” and that I would receive a tracking number. Over months I was in contact via email and nothing was resolved. They stole my money and did not give me the products I paid them for. Highly unethical and this should be illegal.
