I ordered an $80 dress (which was on sale from $140) that was advertised via photo and description. It came in and is nothing at all like what was advertised. It is worse quality than dresses I've bought on sites like Shein for $10. They falsely advertise based on the photos they post to make it look like the fabrics are real lace, satin, etc. What I received was an awful-looking printed lace pattern on the cheapest polyester material I've ever seen. The shape was completely different - it was a shapeless sack with no boning or structure at all. It's literally unwearable. I bought what I thought was a fancy dress for my Maid of Honor gown and received something that I wouldn't even wear as a bathing suit coverup. I'm going to return it, but from what I've read they're going to make it impossible to return and charge $30 in shipping. I will end up having to request a chargeback from my bank for fraud.

Purchased multiple dresses off of website which appeared reputable. Package took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered and once delivered, dresses were very poor quality with no tags (including size/washing instruction) included. Return policy is published as full refund if buyer pays for shipping. Address given to ship items back to is in China and shipping costs were $400-500.

Paid for a dress I never received, then after speaking with customer service I received another dress they shipped which was worse than SHEIN quality from China. Horrible horrible dress that is not wearable.

This company advertises high end dresses but they are actually from China and horribly made. I tried to cancel my order immediately after ordering and keep getting the same AI message.

The products on this website look absolutely nothing like what is received. What I actually received was not what was expected. The company will then charge $40-50 to ship it back to China for a refund. Just awful.

I ordered dresses from what looked like a legitimate company. When the dresses arrived they were lower quality than expected and the details of the dresses didn’t match what was pictured on the website. I emailed their customer support contact and they responded. When I replied, I got a failure to deliver notification from Mailer Daemon.
