I have never been directly contacted by this company, and I'm not sure how they obtained my credit card number. They just started charging my bank credit card (first for $14.00, then eventually for $24.00) out of the blue in December. It got to the point where they were charging or trying to charge my credit card multiple times a day. I finally got around to disputing the false charges with my bank, which blocked the credit card number and issued me a new card with a new number. Anara Labs kept trying to bill my credit card multiple times a day for $24.00 each, despite each charge being declined due to charging a defunct credit card number.
