Serious Concerns About AmoLatina – Please Be Aware
I joined AmoLatina believing it was a safe place to build genuine connections. Instead, I experienced repeated deception, manipulation, and financial loss.
Two “verified” profiles engaged in love-bombing, made false promises of moving communication off the platform, and continually avoided video calls despite the platform advertising this feature. I spent a very large amount of money on credits, only to realize that many of the profiles that appear attractive and “verified” do not even offer real interaction options.
When I raised concerns and requested transparency, my emails were mostly ignored or met with dismissive replies. Even after a formal GDPR request (a legal right under EU law), my data was delayed. My request for financial redress was rejected, despite the clear evidence of misleading practices.
I have reported this to consumer protection authorities. If you are another customer who has faced similar experiences, I strongly encourage you to also report your case to your national Consumer Protection Authority and Data Protection Office. The more voices raised, the harder it will be for these practices to continue.
AmoLatina must be held accountable for misleading, manipulative tactics and for the financial and emotional harm caused to paying members.

I will be going to small claims court suing you for $10,000, which will included pain and suffering to getting my money back. I will also, let the department of consumer affairs know and BBB.
