Michael Matt Thomas operates under an invalid contractor's license. Used a false company's name to order screen door replacement. The door was never delivered. He pretended he broke the glass door while loading it. When he was asked for a refund he continually agreed to pay, but consistently texted everyday with an excuse. He is a habitual frauder who operates under an inoperative business logo, company, and license. His deception is that he gives a contract with his signature .The contract has a business logo that he actually signs .He will also give his telephone number, but never has a phone conversation after he has stolen money for services he doesn't deliver. He pretends to be a honest and professional business man at his initial meeting. After he successfully deceives the client, he buys time by texting and giving an excuse for the delay. After he has scammed a number of people , he disappears until people have slowed down their public announcement of his fraudulent activities , but later reappears using a similar but different business name.

He advertises his handyman services on Nextdoor and other For Hire apps and websites. Be aware!

In late 2022 I purchased and older home to flip, Alex was recommended by my interpreter so I contacted him and we met up in front of the home. He inspected the home from front to back and estimated that the labor will roughly be around $40k to $45k. This is NOT including the gas I paid for Alex to transport to and from, I also personally paid for all the materials I later found out he also purchased a few tools under my name because him and his team were not full equipped or well prepared for the job. This job was poorly done so much so that I now have cracks in the walls, there is no filtration and now I have the ceiling leaking, the walls have water pockets, Alex and his team painted over all the handles in the home which I then had to hire someone to replace every single handle, all the doors in the home are not leveled and get stuck when trying to open or close, plywood was put incorrectly, I had to repaint the whole home because Alex and his team did a sloppy job it was way too notable it was horrible, the list goes on here are just a few more.

1. Power Outlet on rear of home is loose and has no power.

2. The addition on back has no Gutters.

3. Missing foundation vents.

4. No working area in attic HVAC service area.

5. GFI in kitchen and baths.

6. Exposed plumbing pipes at rear of home also animal inside crawl space but no access to it.

7. Seal opening around gas line.

8. Electrical Panel missing cover.

9. Dishwasher plumbing not connected.

10. Handrail missing in cellar.

The list goes on. I later found out that Alex only specializes in bathroom and flooring unfortunately I found out too late. Alex had me under the impression that he was qualified for the job and since he was recommended by someone who is professional I didn't think anything of it. I've tried to reach out to Alex via call and text and Alex refuses to respond. It's been weeks and does not answer. I tried to resolve this in a more simple way but I can not get ahold of him and this is just too much. Not only did I pay Alex for this incomplete job and a horrible job at that, but now I have to hire another person and pay for everything he did wrong. I am devastated and feel scammed, and feel no other choice but to report this. I really do not want this happening to someone else because this was not a cheap investment I work hard for my stuff and if Alex would've told me he was not well equipped for the job I would have never did business with him.

I looked on Google for someone in my area (Gettysburg) who would do Tile cleaning and sealing. Jenson Brothers was the first name that came up. When I clicked there was no phone number but the site asked for some information (Name, contact information, and address). Within 5-10 minutes someone called and my husband spoke with them. They asked him to send a picture of the shower and floor tile to Area Code (717) 965-7736. After waiting for about an hour my husband called the number and an answering machine identified the number as "Charlie." He called him twice and didn't receive an answer. As a Senior Citizen I would have thought that if there was previous reports on this business (which are on the ScamPulse.com website) that this scam would have been removed from the website listing

I went online to look for a company to repair my refrigerator .I found them and the same day someone came and look at it. His name is Rondel Anderson. He said it needed a part to fix it. I give him a $200.00 deposit. He came back the next day and replace the part.He left without checking if it is working. I call him to let him know it it’s not working. He said he return the next day to fix it. But he never came back and the phone switch off.

This company called to offer us a project to work in Texas, we gave them a proposal and certificate of Contractors Insurance

we gave him all the credentials needed and now he's trying to sell me Contractors Ins. from them only, wants me to give a down payment, but

we can't find this company online in Oklahoma . When I told them we will not buy an additional Insurance ,and I wanted to talk to the broker they work with he got angry.

and hung up on me.

I just want to let other contractors know that it is a scam and they offer to sell insurance but want a down payment up front. It can be easy to fall for what the man is offering.
