Ordered from the website that claimed the item would be manufactured from NC, USA. I should have become suspicious when I got tracking information from overseas. The item was poorly sewn and was not as described. The site claimed this dress had an undercoat (slip). It did not. I tried to negotiate a refund through PayPal but was denied because I refused to ship the item back to China. I was more than willing to send it back to NC, USA, but apparently that site doesn't exist. Their excuse was that the item was out of stock in NC and had to be sent from China. If that was the case, I feel I should have had the option then to cancel the order. I was not given that option.

Website claimed “made in USA” but was shipped from Hong Kong. They also said they offered trouble free returns. When items were finally received (1 month after ordering) the quality was horrible. When I reached out to them through their service email, we then began a back and forth exchange on the amount they were willing to refund. When it became clear they were not going to provide a full refund, I reached out to PayPal for their assistance. The vendor agreed to refund my full amount and I packaged the items to return. Because these items now needed to be shipped overseas, I had to pay a high shipping fee which would not have been needed if the items were truly returned within the USA. It was obvious that this vendor does this all the time. I have found similar websites that are offering the same clothes and also stating they’re made in different states within the USA.

On March 5th,I was on Face book and I saw a very pretty dress and a blouse from AmericanCottonLinen.com which were supposed to be made in Greensboro NC and made of "natural cotton and linen and shipped directly from Greensboro locally for fast delivery across the US" . I then got several emails ,telling me my package was being made in Ireland then was in transit, then at custom in Ireland, then at custom in the US, and just before Easter, I got a small package.it said women's cotton and linen dress, but it contained and ugly polyester dress and no blouse.MY credit card company is going to credit my account for the $78.35, I just want to warn other ladies to beware of this scam. In the package there was a paper called after sales guarantee and on your site it called it a scam, I did not call or contact them, I figured it was more of a scam!
