The billing included a visit to an emergency room and ambulance transfer that were totally fictional. I keep a detailed personal journal that would stand up in court that completely contradicts the claims. In addition the hospital and location I was supposed to have been transported from are completely fictions. I had NO medical emergencies on this day and have not been transported by ambulance for over 8 years. Please stop these criminals.

I received a letter in the mail attempting to collect 300 for ambulance services that I never used. It mentioned an insurance company that paid their portion and I don’t use that insurance company! Scam and shame on them.
